EICR?
As with any of our air conditioning and refrigeration installations, we at Arctic emphasise the importance of maintenance to ensure the continued safety and efficiency of every product. An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) will provide information on the general condition of any electrical works as well as indicate any departures from British safety regulations and recommend any action that may be necessary to bring it up to the current legislative standards. Following the inspection Arctic will, if requested, provide a quotation for any remedials deemed necessary. As EICRs are a requirement of the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, insurance companies are increasingly requiring that they are carried out routinely as a condition before they consider providing their services.
